Kevin and his team were very professional and very easy to work with. Kevin gave us a complete detailed breakdown of the cost, labor, and scope of work. The other two proposals just gave a flat rate with no explanations on what they were charging for. We live in an older home that also had dry rot and many areas that needed repaired and went above and beyond with their work and skills.

Kevin and his crew did an amazing job of painting the exterior of our home. He gave us an estimate of 4-5 days which we were happy with, but ended up completing it in 3 days! Most impressive was the thorough walk around after they were done to make sure nothing had been missed and that all trash had been picked up and taken with them. The communication was incredible as he texts confirmations and changes and also emails and calls! I will be using him for my spring remodel and will post photos of that too! As a realtor he is now included in my preferred vendor list for my clients.
Meet Kevin Verdin, Founder of Elements Painting
Painting has always been a family craft for Kevin Verdin. His father brought more than 15 years of trade experience, and Kevin grew up beside both parents, learning residential and commercial painting hands-on and helping with marketing and customer service for their small painting company.
As a young adult, he moved into a supervisory role with a Southern California painting company, leading crews and projects. Along the way, he saw too many skilled painters who didn’t feel valued, and he decided to build something different.
Today, Kevin runs Elements Painting from Linden with his parents on the team. Their approach is simple: proper prep, skilled application, and clear communication from start to finish, for clients and employees alike. For Kevin, it’s about creating opportunities and building a company his two children can be proud of.
